Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Works Manager to oversee day-to-day factory operations, production activities, workforce management, and ensure smooth execution of manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily production and workshop operations.
* Supervise production staff and ensure work is completed on schedule.
* Plan and monitor production targets and quality standards.
* Coordinate with maintenance, stores, and dispatch teams.
* Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
* Monitor machine utilization and minimize production downtime.
* Prepare daily production reports and maintain operational records.
* Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or factory operations.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Good communication skills in English and Tami .
* Ability to plan, organize, and solve operational issues effectively.
* Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety procedures.
* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
