Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences / Biotechnology / DMLT / BSc MLT
- MBA in Marketing/Product Management preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle
- Develop product strategy and roadmap
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with R&D, sales, marketing, and service teams
- Lead product launches and go-to-market activities
- Support sales with product training and marketing materials
- Track product performance and customer feedback
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking
- Good communication and stakeholder management
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
- Knowledge of IVD/diagnostics industry preferred
