About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Cold Calling Executive to promote and sell our ERP solutions to businesses across various industries. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in inbound & outbound sales calling, and the ability to generate qualified leads and schedule product demonstrations.
Designation: Cold Calling Executive
Experience: 1–4 Years in IT Sales / Software Sales / Telecalling
Location: Bodakdev, Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities
· Make inbound & outbound cold calls to potential customers and decision-makers.
· Introduce and explain the company’s ERP solutions and services.
· Identify customer requirements and business challenges.
· Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings/demo sessions for the sales team.
· Maintain and update customer data in CRM/software.
· Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and messages.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
· Coordinate with the sales and technical team for smooth client on-boarding.
Pay: ₹8,502.96 - ₹30,766.31 per month
