Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily IT operations and ensure system availability.
- Manage servers, networks, hardware, and software infrastructure.
- Ensure cybersecurity measures and data protection compliance.
- Monitor system performance and implement upgrades/improvements.
- Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.
- Manage IT budget, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise IT support staff.
- Coordinate IT projects and system implementations.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts.
- Ensure regular data backups and disaster recovery readiness.
- Provide technical support escalation for complex issues.
- Align IT strategy with overall business objectives.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies.
- Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and configurations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
