The HR Executive / Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle while assisting with employee onboarding, HR administration, documentation, and people operations activities.

We are seeking a proactive HR Executive / Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment and HR operations functions as we scale our organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Coordination
- Publish and manage job postings.
- Screen resumes and applications.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment records and applicant tracking systems.
- Support candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
Candidate Management
- Schedule interviews and assessments.
- Conduct initial screening calls.
- Assist with offer preparation and documentation.
- Coordinate background verification activities.
- Ensure positive candidate experiences.
Employee Onboarding
- Support onboarding activities for new employees.
- Maintain onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate employee orientation activities.
- Assist with HR system updates.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
- Support HR reporting and compliance activities.
- Assist with policy administration.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Prepare payroll inputs including attendance, leave records, reimbursements, and employee data updates for payroll processing.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation activities.
Recruitment Analytics
- Track hiring metrics.
- Prepare recruitment reports.
- Monitor candidate pipelines.
- Support workforce planning activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, HR operations, talent acquisition, or HR administration.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience coordinating interviews and recruitment activities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting technology professionals.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
- Startup experience is advantageous.
- Experience supporting remote teams.
AI-Enabled Recruitment
Candidates should be comfortable utilizing AI-powered productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, and similar technologies to improve candidate sourcing, recruitment workflows, documentation, and operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
