You'll be joining a BPO/Sales team in a full-time, office-based Customer Support role where you'll help customers, support sales processes, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. You'll work on-site to manage customer contacts and collaborate with colleagues to meet service and sales goals.
What you'll do
- You'll answer inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with clarity and empathy, adapting to each person's needs.
- You'll troubleshoot issues, provide practical solutions, document steps taken, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- You'll process orders and support sales transactions, verify customer information, and follow established procedures accurately.
- You'll log interactions in the CRM, share feedback with teammates, and help improve simple processes.
What we're looking for
- You'll have prior experience in customer support, BPO, or a sales-related role, or show equivalent transferable skills and a customer-first attitude.
- You'll communicate clearly, listen actively, and adjust your approach to different customers and situations.
- You'll be comfortable working full time from the office, managing a schedule, and meeting agreed-upon performance expectations.
- You'll be proficient with basic computer tools, open to learning CRM and internal systems, and able to follow procedures consistently.
