Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming sales leads and client inquiries
- Make outbound calls and follow-ups with potential buyers
- Conduct property presentations and site visits
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Maintain regular follow-ups until closure
- Build strong relationships with clients and channel partners
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Update lead status and client records in CRM
- Coordinate with internal team and developers
- Generate references and repeat business

- Good communication and convincing skills
- Confident and presentable personality
- Passion for sales and customer dealing
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- Basic knowledge of real estate preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
- Must own a smartphone and have basic social media understanding
Qualification
- Graduate preferred
- 12th pass candidates with strong sales skills may also apply
