Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our organizational functions. This role involves high-level coordination across departments, effective execution of academic processes, and continuous improvement of operational systems. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry and demonstrate strong ownership, leadership, and operational management capabilities within a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth business functioning.
- Coordinate with academic, administrative, student support, and sales teams.
- Oversee student onboarding, batch planning, scheduling, and sales handover.
- Support sales operations including lead coordination, follow-ups, and admissions flow.
- Manage and coordinate organization-wide initiatives, internal projects, and process implementations.
- Support management in planning, executing, and monitoring strategic initiatives and organizational growth plans.
- Track operational, sales, and organizational performance metrics and prepare MIS reports.
- Maintain operational records, dashboards, documentation, and project trackers.
- Assist admissions, outreach, and cross-functional activities during peak periods.
- Identify process gaps across departments and recommend continuous improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- MBA in Operations, Management, HR, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry.
- Experience in operations management, academic coordination, admissions processes, or student lifecycle management.
- Ability to manage operations along with sales coordination.
- Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Power BI, MIS, and CRM systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a process-improvement mindset.
Pay: From ₹240,000.00 per year
