Job Purpose
The Customer Success Executive serves as the primary liaison between our products and our clients. The executive will drive user adoption, department wise activity, answer complex inquiries, and ensure high satisfaction rates to boost subscriber retention.
Responsibilities

Promote BMJ resources (BP, RTOP,BMJ L) within assigned institutions such as medical colleges, universities)

Performance-focused role to increase BMJ resource registrations and downloads.

Conduct on-site and virtual presentations, demos, and training sessions for faculty, students, and healthcare professionals. Regularly visit institutions and departments for the meetings.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with librarians, department heads, professors.

Support onboarding and user engagement activities for new institutional users.

Gather feedback from users and institutions to understand needs and improve engagement strategies.

Maintain accurate records of visits, engagements, and institutional progress reports.

Should be open to travel PAN India.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline; qualifications in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related fields are advantageous.

2–3 years of experience in customer success, customer service, client relationship management, account management, user engagement, or similar customer-facing roles is preferred.

Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage a variety of stakeholders effectively.

Customer-focused with strong active listening, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Experience or interest in healthcare, medical education, life sciences, digital health, or academic environments is desirable.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and contribute towards measurable outcomes.

Willingness to travel across India as required.
