- Strong knowledge of fashion designing, garment construction, fabrics, and current trends
- Experience in merchandising, sourcing, vendor coordination, and production follow-up
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW
- Understanding of costing, inventory management, and quality control
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage timelines and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of e-commerce fashion trends and brand presentation is an added advantage
- Relevant qualification or experience in Fashion Designing/Apparel Merchandising preferred
