Job Description Role & Responsibilities
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- At least 1+ years of experience with advanced Revit & AutoCAD
- Knowledge of working with BIM Standards or Building Codes
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Working skills with SketchUp and Revit
- Design Documentation: Creating detailed architectural drawings, plans, and models using Revit software based on design concepts provided by architects and engineers
- 3D Modeling: Developing 3D models of building components and structures, which can be used for visualizations and clash detection
- Building Information Modeling (BIM): Working with BIM data to ensure that the digital model accurately represents the physical building and its components
- Collaboration: Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to incorporate design changes and coordinate the BIM model with project requirements
- Construction Drawings: Generating construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules
- Material and Component Specifications: Selecting and specifying building materials and components within the Revit model
- Code Compliance: Ensuring that the designs and drawings comply with building codes and regulations
- Resolve design conflicts to enhance coordination and minimize errors
- Generate architectural construction documents and support the creation of as-built documentation
- Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, with expertise in architectural modeling and detailing
- Experience in developing LOD 200 to LOD 650
- Ability to take on additional responsibilities as needed, determine, and manage priorities with minimal guidance

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
