- Architect, design, and lead development of enterprise-grade iOS and Android applications using React Native.
- Define mobile engineering standards, component libraries, and coding best practices.
- Build smooth, high-performance UI/UX experiences aligned with enterprise security requirements.
- Lead code reviews, ensure code quality, and drive automated testing processes.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues including performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with Product, Business, and Backend teams to convert requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and guide task delivery and technical growth.
- Drive adoption of modern tooling including AI coding tools, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and analytics.
- Write high-quality production code on a daily basis.
- Strong expertise in React Native with ES6 and TypeScript.
- Experience with modular or micro-frontend architectures and monorepos.
- Expertise in building native modules for iOS and Android.
- Proficiency in unit testing and automated testing frameworks.
- Experience with push notifications and cloud messaging APIs.
- Strong background with REST APIs and GraphQL.
- Experience using Redux Toolkit, TanStack Query, and Zustand.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
- Hands-on experience with Xcode, Android Studio, certificates, provisioning, and app distribution.
- Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in distributed teams.
- Minimum 9+ years total software development experience.
- 6+ years hands-on React Native development.
- Proven experience leading mobile engineering teams.
