Satnam Infotech is looking for a highly experienced and well-connected Senior Government Sales Executive to drive business development across Government departments.

Senior Government Sales Executive – B2G
Location: Delhi NCR / North India
Salary: Up to ₹90,000 per month
Incentive: Attractive performance-based incentive on business generated
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Government Sales
About the Role
This is a senior-level Government sales position. We are specifically looking for a candidate who has an established professional network and strong working relationships with Government officers, decision-makers, purchase authorities, consultants and key stakeholders.
The candidate should be capable of independently opening new Government business opportunities, developing projects and converting relationships and opportunities into actual orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new Government business through existing professional relationships and network.
- Develop new business opportunities with Central and State Government departments.
- Identify upcoming projects, requirements, tenders and procurement opportunities.
- Independently generate leads and Government orders.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with senior officers and decision-makers.
- Develop a continuous pipeline of Government projects.
- Coordinate with internal technical, tender and commercial teams for successful order conversion.
- Achieve business targets through consistent Government-sector business development.

Experience and strong professional relationships in any of the following sectors will be highly preferred:
- Defence & Army
- Delhi Police and other Police Departments
- CPWD
- Government Schools and Colleges
- PSUs
- Central Government Departments
- State Government Departments
- Government Corporations and Authorities
- Smart City and Infrastructure Projects
- Other Government Organizations
Products and Solutions
The candidate should be capable of generating business for:
CCTV Surveillance Systems, IP Cameras, PTZ Cameras, ANPR Systems, Access Control, Biometric Systems, Boom Barriers, Metal Detectors, DFMD, Security Screening Solutions, Server-Based Surveillance Systems and other Electronic Security Solutions.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a result-oriented Government Sales professional who has:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant Government sales experience.
- Strong existing professional network within Government departments.
- Proven ability to generate new Government business independently.
- Strong relationships with senior officers and decision-makers.
- Experience in opening new accounts and Government projects.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- A proven track record of converting Government opportunities into business.
This is not a regular field-sales position.
We are looking for someone who already understands the Government market, has established professional relationships and can bring new business opportunities and projects to Satnam Infotech.
Candidates with a proven track record of generating Government orders will be given preference.
Compensation
Salary: ₹80,000 per month
Additional: Attractive performance-based incentive on the value of business generated.
The incentive structure will be finalized by management based on the candidate's experience, network and business-generation capability.
