Position: Customer Support Intern
Location: Remote
Duration: 3 Months (extendable based on performance)
Stipend: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Support Intern to join our team.
The intern will be responsible for assisting the support function in managing user queries,
providing timely resolutions, and ensuring a seamless user experience. This role offers an
opportunity to learn about customer success operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
● Respond to customer queries via chat, email, and calls in a professional manner.
● Provide accurate information and solutions to users regarding product features,
issues, and processes.
● Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members while ensuring proper follow-up.
● Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
● Assist in monitoring query trends and suggesting improvements in FAQs or support
processes.
● Collaborate with the quality and product teams to highlight common issues faced by
users.
Requirements:
● Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation (any stream).
● Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (both verbal and written).
● Basic knowledge of Google Sheets.
● Problem-solving attitude with patience and empathy while handling queries.
● Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
