Job Title: Customer Service & Order Operations Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day customer service activities through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Track all customer orders from dispatch until successful delivery.
- Maintain a daily order tracking sheet with details of:
- Order dispatched
- Expected delivery date
- Delivery status
- Undelivered or delayed orders along with reasons
- Follow-up actions taken
- Coordinate with courier partners to resolve delivery delays and customer complaints.
- Maintain records of customer communications and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Track customer payments, including both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Prepaid orders.
- Reconcile COD collections and prepaid receipts with daily sales records.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions, collections, pending payments, and refunds (if any).
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on order status, deliveries, pending orders, collections, and customer issues.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and accounts team to ensure smooth order processing and payment reconciliation.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and follow up on pending orders.
- Basic accounting and payment reconciliation knowledge.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
