Key Responsibilities
Client Site Visits & Requirement Collection
- Handle leads from social media, website, ads, and referrals
- Call and qualify prospects before scheduling visits
- Visit residential and commercial interior project site
- Meet clients to understand layout, design needs, and budget
- Take site measurements, photos, and videos
- Coordinate with estimation and design team for concept development
- Collect client testimonials and project feedback
- Identify marketing opportunities in visited locations (apartments, villas, builders)
- Support local promotions and referral network building
- Maintain CRM with visit and lead updates
Relationship Development
- Build rapport with homeowners, builders, and property managers
- Develop contacts in apartments, villa projects, and gated communities
- Identify repeat or referral opportunities
- Represent brand professionally at client locations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
