Job Summary
The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and market share for the company's broadband and internet services. The role involves managing marketing campaigns, digital branding, customer engagement activities, and coordinating with internal teams to strengthen the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Management
- Develop and implement branding strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Monitor brand performance and customer perception in the market.
Marketing Campaigns
- Plan and execute ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage promotional activities, events, roadshows, and local branding initiatives.
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and creative teams for campaign execution.
Digital Marketing
- Oversee social media marketing, website content, and online advertising campaigns.
- Monitor SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing spend.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.
- Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
- Recommend strategies to improve market positioning.
Customer Acquisition & Retention
- Support sales teams with branding and lead-generation activities.
- Develop customer engagement and loyalty programs.
- Monitor customer feedback and work on brand improvement initiatives.
Budget Management
- Prepare and manage marketing and branding budgets.
- Ensure cost-effective utilization of marketing resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing preferred.
- 3–8 years of experience in Brand Management, preferably in ISP, Telecom, Broadband, or Technology sectors.
