Role & responsibilities
- Attend to customer complaints and resolve the issues with minimum down-time.
- Would be required to attend to field visits on a pan-India basis.
- Submit a detailed report to the service co-ordinator on actions taken on field to resolve a complaint.
- Co-ordinate with OEMs for faster resolution of product complaints.
- Assist out-station field service engineers in solving problems with their machines.
- Carry out routine preventive maintenance of machines at the customer's site.
- Installation & demo of machines at the customer's site.
- Carry out pre-installation assessment of the customer's site and prepare the site for installation.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates who have completed B.Tech or B. E in Electronics or associated streams with hands-on experience in troubleshooting of computers and medical equipment are preferred. Having experience in medical equipment used for physiotherapy is a plus.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
