We are looking for a skilled and experienced Salon Manager cum Makeup Artist to oversee daily salon operations while providing professional makeup services to clients. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, customer handling experience, and expertise in bridal, party and fashion makeup.
Role: Salon Manager cum Makeup Artist
Location: Sector 8, Panchkula
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day salon operations and staff coordination.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Handle appointment scheduling, billing and inventory management.
- Perform bridal, party, HD and airbrush makeup services.
- Recommend beauty products and salon services to clients.
- Maintain hygiene, grooming and salon standards.
- Train and guide team members when required.
- Achieve salon sales and service targets.
Requirements:
- Experience in salon operations and professional makeup artistry.
- Good communication and client handling skills.
- Knowledge of skincare, hair and beauty services.
- Ability to manage a team and work under targets.
- Certification in Makeup/Beauty preferred.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum 3–6 years of relevant experience.
- Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
- Flexible to work on weekends and festive seasons.
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
