About the Opportunity
Our client is a leading FinTech product company building next-generation digital financial products across lending, investments, payments, and financial services. They are looking for experienced Backend Engineers who are passionate about building scalable, high-performance systems in a fast-paced product environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build high-performance microservices and REST APIs.
- Design reliable, secure, and scalable distributed systems.
- Work closely with Product, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and technical problem-solving.
Required Skills
- 5–8 years of backend development experience.
- Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot.
- Good understanding of Microservices Architecture.
- Experience with Kafka or other messaging platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with AWS/GCP is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and API Design.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
Preferred
- Product company experience.
- FinTech domain experience is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
