Freshers or upto 2 year experience is preferred
Must have a two-wheeler.
Qualification & Experience: Preferably B.Com or equivalent. Experience in a Banking sector is preferred.
Skills & Competencies - Good Handwriting, Good Communication, Microsoft skills - Excel, Work, PPT etc
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client onboarding and booking documentation processes.
- Complete booking formalities and ensured compliance with company procedures.
- Monitor and collect scheduled customer payments on a monthly basis.
- Issue demand letters, payment receipts, and customer communications.
- Maintain and update client records, reports, and banking documentation.
- Coordinate end-to-end customer engagement from booking through property handover.
- Execute and process property sale-related documentation.
- Liaise with banking partners to facilitate customer loan processing.
- Collaborate with the sales team to resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Coordinate with the legal team to address documentation and compliance-related queries.
- Work closely with the accounts team to reconcile customer payments and financial records.
