- Enter and update product details on e-commerce platforms
- Process and manage customer orders accurately
- Maintain records of inventory, fabrics, and product specifications
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency in Excel sheets
- Coordinate with the operations team for order dispatch and updates
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce order processing
- Understanding of fabrics/materials (preferred)
- Strong skills in Advanced Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, data management)
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Experience in data entry or e-commerce roles
- Familiarity with online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
