About the Role
At Bomax, we are engineering a next-generation, high-performance Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) SaaS platform tailored for complex manufacturing workflows. We are looking for a visionary, multi-talented Senior Full-Stack & Mobile Developer who thrives on raw performance, pixel-perfect design-to-code execution, and bulletproof multi-tenant security structures.
In this expanded senior role, you will own the entire digital experience lifecycle. This means you aren’t just writing code—you will design highly intuitive, premium user experiences in Figma, architect the Svelte 5 web frontend, compile unified cross-platform Mobile Applications using the same Svelte 5 codebase, build secure Python FastAPI backends, establish zero-trust PostgreSQL database architectures, and manage our cloud hosting infrastructure on Linux KVM servers.
Core Technical Stack Requirements1. UI/UX Design & Frontend Architecture
- Figma Masterclass: Deep experience mapping complex business logic and manufacturing flows into clean, elegant high-fidelity mockups, responsive grid systems, and component-driven design libraries inside Figma.
- Svelte 5 & SvelteKit (Web & Webviews): Absolute mastery of Svelte 5’s new compiler architecture. Expert-level implementation of Runes ($state, $derived, $props, $effect) to handle local browser state, complex responsive tables, and instant dimensional calculations with zero input latency.
- Tailwind CSS v4: Deep understanding of modern, utility-first CSS utility layers, responsive flexbox/grid layout structures, and fluid custom token configurations (@theme) to build premium, minimalist enterprise dashboards.
- Real-Time Data Visualization (ApexCharts): Proven expertise in building highly interactive, multi-stage live monitoring dashboards. Deep familiarity with binding ApexCharts to Svelte 5's reactive state to stream factory telemetry, throughput timelines, and resource allocation graphs with zero render-blocking lag.
- TypeScript: Strong static typing patterns across all frontend and mobile workflows to ensure absolute data integrity before server ingestion.
2. Cross-Platform Mobile Development
- Svelte 5 Native Hybrid Mobile Architecture: Proven ability to package and optimize Svelte 5 and SvelteKit codebases into high-performance, native mobile applications (iOS & Android) using compatible cross-platform bridges such as Capacitor or Tauri Mobile (v2).
- Native Device Bridging: Experience integrating device-level APIs (camera for barcode scanning, local file system storage, offline synchronization, and native push notifications) with the Svelte 5 UI runtime.
3. Backend & Systems Logic
- Python Frameworks (FastAPI): High proficiency in building robust, asynchronous RESTful APIs using Python FastAPI. Experience setting up strict data pipelines using Pydantic v2 schemas to sanitize inputs, manage token payloads, and handle high-throughput corporate automations.
- Alternative Languages: Adaptability with other enterprise languages (such as Node.js/JavaScript or PHP) to manage diverse legacy ERP modules, legacy migrations, and system integrations.
4. Database & Security Engineering
- PostgreSQL Data Isolation: Advanced database modeling experience. You must know how to configure native Row-Level Security (RLS) in PostgreSQL to implement bulletproof multi-tenant isolation, ensuring absolute data segregation across different corporate domains.
- Zero-Trust Security: Proven track record implementing JWT (JSON Web Token) authentication mechanisms via short-lived cycles, secure httpOnly; Secure browser cookie transport layers, and robust Content Security Policies (CSP) to block XSS, CSRF, and SQL injection vulnerabilities across both Web and Mobile client runtimes.
5. Infrastructure & Integration
- Linux VPS Hosting: Hands-on experience configuring, securing, and maintaining virtual private servers (Hostinger KVM Linux VPS, Ubuntu server administration, Nginx reverse proxies, SSL certificate setups, and database backup scripts).
- Meta Developer Ecosystem: Integration of transactional systems, specifically Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API for automated document delivery, manufacturing status updates, and communication loops.
- Git & GitHub: Flawless version control management, branch merging policies, and deploying code pipelines smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Figma to Code Pipeline: Own the UI/UX architecture from ideation in Figma to pixel-perfect, highly responsive execution inside Svelte 5 and SvelteKit.
- Live Multi-Stage Dashboards: Architect and optimize high-throughput telemetry dashboards using ApexCharts to showcase real-time factory operations, production bottlenecks, and supply chain timelines.
- Cross-Platform Mobile App deployment: Build, test, and release Svelte-powered mobile apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store using a unified, DRY (Don't Repeat Yourself) codebase.
- ERP Module Engineering: Architect, code, and deploy core modules for inventory tracking, raw material calculations, order quotations, and financial tax books.
- Real-Time Client Logic: Bridge Svelte 5 web and mobile viewports seamlessly with the FastAPI backend using optimized asynchronous HTTP client fetch mechanisms for zero-latency screen updates.
- Database Maintenance: Write clean, structured SQL queries, manage database normalization, optimize connection pooling, and ensure optimal indexing for rapid spreadsheet data retrieval.
- System Monitoring: Monitor Hostinger VPS health, handle API rate limiting to protect against brute-force attacks, and keep sensitive server credentials encrypted inside root environment architectures.
- Team Leadership & On-Site Collaboration: Work physically out of our Mysore office to collaborate closely with management, understand factory floor workflow metrics, and run rapid deployment loops.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of active software development experience building cloud-based SaaS, real-time multi-stage dashboards, heavy accounting systems, or production ERP apps.
- Dual-force portfolio showcasing both exceptional visual design systems (Figma layouts) and clean, structured engineering codebases (GitHub/GitLab).
- Direct experience integrating dynamic, interactive charting and graphing components (specifically ApexCharts) within modern frontend environments.
- Direct experience shipping hybrid/cross-platform mobile apps to production stores using web-native shells (Capacitor/Tauri).
- Strong logical reasoning, problem-solving capabilities, and a commitment to building exceptionally fast, lightweight software interfaces.
- Excellent technical documentation and professional communication skills.
