We are currently hiring for the position of Purchase Executive at Mumbai office.
Responsibilities -
- Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.
- BG process to bank
- LC process to Bank
- LC payment process
- FD tracking/clouser
- Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
- Purchase Order preparation Process
- Vendor follow
- Inward remittance
- Outword remittance
- Export/Import shipment
- Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule and quality.
- Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedule so as to ensure on-time deliveries of final product.
- Develop, implement and drive the purchase engineer strategies in order to meet cost savings targets.
- Review and manage the supplier base to ensure consistency with the sourcing strategy.
- Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliances in all the procurement transactions.
Requirements -
- Diploma having experience of atleast 1 year in Purchase, Procurement, Vendor Development and knowledge in supply chain
- Should have good negotiation skills along with good inter-personal and communication skills.
- Should have experience in manufacturing industry
