Job Responsibilities:
- Call distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and potential customers.
- Generate new sales inquiries and business leads.
- Follow up on pending quotations and orders.
- Maintain customer database and daily call reports.
- Introduce new MIDAS products and promotional schemes.
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support preferred.
- Positive attitude and convincing skills.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
