Business Development Intern
Location: Noida Sector -10 (On-site)
Duration:3 months
Stipend: 10k per month fix + 5% incentive on sales above 2 lakhs .
After 3 months - 25k per month basic + 5% incentives on sales above 4 lakhs

Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Sales Intern to support our business development and client acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for someone interested in sales, marketing, client communication, and agency operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and research potential clients through LinkedIn, social media, and online platforms.
* Cold calling meta leads and maintain a prospect database.
* Conduct outreach through emails, calls, and LinkedIn messages.
* Schedule meetings and coordinate with the team.
* Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
* Follow up with prospects and maintain CRM records.
* Support market research and competitor analysis.
* Help achieve sales targets.
Requirements
* Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Confidence in interacting with clients and prospects.
* Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
* Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and MS Office.
* Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
