We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the company’s financial operations and inventory control processes. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling accounting functions efficiently while coordinating with internal departments to ensure accurate inventory tracking and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounting
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle accounts payable & receivable, bank reconciliations, and GST filings.
- Maintain proper financial documentation and expense tracking.
- Assist with audits and coordinate with external auditors/accountants.
- Monitor budgets and support financial planning activities.
Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory movement and reconcile system records with physical stock.
- Coordinate with the inventory/logistics team for accurate stock entries and updates.
- Maintain inventory valuation and related accounting entries in Zoho Books / Zoho Inventory.
- Identify discrepancies in stock and initiate corrective actions.
- Support inventory forecasting based on sales and operational trends.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting and Inventory Management preferred.
- Preference will be given to candidates with relevant industry experience.
- Proficiency in Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, MS Excel, and ERP/accounting software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of GST, taxation, compliance procedures, and inventory valuation methods.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
