We're looking for a driven and ambitious Business Associate to help us drive the next phase of our growth. If you enjoy meeting people, opening doors, understanding brands and converting opportunities into long-term client relationships, this role is for you.
Your Role
As a Business Associate, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, developing sales collateral and supporting the leadership team in expanding Crewtangle’s Experiential Marketing portfolio.
This is a high-ownership role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys chasing challenging business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective clients.
- Generate qualified opportunities through outreach and networking.
- Build relationships with Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, HR Leaders, Procurement teams and CXOs.
- Schedule leadership meetings.
- Understand client objectives across events, exhibitions, conferences, launches and activations.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, commercials, contracts and rate cards.
- Maintain Business Development Tracker, sales pipeline and MIS.
- Research industries and share strategic insights for business growth.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
