Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students via calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings
- Understand students’ academic background and career objectives
- Provide detailed information about courses, universities, and admission procedures
- Convert inquiries into admissions
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong conversion ratio
- Maintain records of student interactions and update CRM regularly
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Build and maintain relationships with students and parents
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any field (preferably in Education, Management, or related domain)
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
- Prior experience in EdTech or counselling is a plus
