Position: Area Sales Manager
Location: Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore
Industry: Fire Fighting / Valves / Pumps / HVAC / MEP

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive business growth by developing relationships with contractors, MEP consultants, builders, developers, and project stakeholders. The candidate should have prior experience in the HVAC, Electrical, Pump, Valve, Fire Fighting, or related MEP industry and be comfortable with extensive field sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through regular field visits and networking.
- Meet and maintain strong relationships with MEP consultants, contractors, builders, developers, architects, and project management consultants.
- Identify upcoming projects and ensure product specifications are secured at the consultant stage.
- Promote the company's product range and provide technical-commercial presentations to clients.
- Track project progress from specification to order closure.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by management.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up for order finalization.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.
- Submit regular sales reports, visit reports, and project updates.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in HVAC, Electrical, Pumps, Valves, Fire Fighting Systems, or related MEP products.
- Proven experience in dealing with contractors, consultants, builders, and project customers.
- Strong understanding of project sales and specification-driven business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.

Salary: Best in the industry + Performance Incentives + Travel Allowance

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
