We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with 1 to 1.5 years of proven experience in IT services and/or SaaS. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta, email campaigns, and other digital channels
- Develop and nurture client relationships, understanding their business challenges and proposing tailored IT services and SaaS-based solutions
- Create and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements align with service and SaaS offerings
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Monitor industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activity in both IT services and SaaS
- Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems and generate regular sales reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1 to 1.5 years of experience in business development or sales within the IT services or SaaS sector
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal abilities and negotiation prowess
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
