Job Title: Telecalling Executive (Malayalam & Tamil)
Location: Vattiyoorkavu, Thiruvananthapuram (PIN: 695013)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Compensation: ₹15,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives / Commission
Statutory Benefits: PF + ESI
Experience: Experienced candidates preferred (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
Role Overview
Connect with potential and existing customers across Kerala and Tamil Nadu. The primary objective is to introduce products or services, handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and achieve sales or conversion targets over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound & Inbound Calling:
- Contact prospective leads from provided databases to explain company products, offers, and services.
- Receive incoming customer calls, address basic product queries, and provide accurate information.
- Follow up regularly with warm leads to close sales or schedule appointments.
- Customer Relationship & Query Handling:
- Build positive rapport with customers through clear, persuasive, and polite conversation.
- Address customer objections, clarify doubts, and handle complaints professionally.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain daily call logs, lead statuses, customer feedback, and sales outcomes in spreadsheets or CRM tools.
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch/office team to ensure smooth order processing.
- Achieve assigned daily calling targets and monthly sales/conversion quotas.
Candidate Requirements
- Language Proficiency:
- Malayalam Telecaller: Fluent verbal communication in Malayalam (basic English or Hindi is an added advantage).
- Tamil Telecaller: Fluent verbal communication in Tamil (working knowledge of Malayalam or English is an added advantage).
- Education: Plus Two (Higher Secondary) / Any Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or BPO environments is preferred.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and active listening skills, confident phone etiquette, and persistence.
- Location Preference: Candidates residing in or around Vattiyoorkavu, Peroorkada, Nettayam, Sasthamangalam, or nearby areas for convenient daily commuting.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
