Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
- Handle inbound inquiries (if any)
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads
- Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status
- Coordinate with internal teams for further processing
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Confident and polite phone manner
- Comfortable with calling-based role
- Basic understanding of customer handling
Work Details
- Day Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- 6 Days Working (1 day off)
