Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Commerce Lecturer to teach students of Classes 11 & 12 (Intermediate) and higher school classes (Classes 8–10, where applicable). The ideal candidate should be able to simplify commerce concepts, engage students, and prepare them for board examinations.
Subjects
- Accountancy
- Business Studies
- Economics (preferred)
- Basic Commerce concepts for higher school students (if required)
Responsibilities
- Teach Commerce subjects to students of Classes 11 & 12.
- Handle Commerce-related topics for higher school students when required.
- Plan and deliver interactive classroom sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and practice tests.
- Monitor students' academic progress and provide regular feedback.
- Prepare students for school and board examinations.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Coordinate with the academy management regarding student performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or a related field.
- Prior teaching experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Accountancy, Business Studies, and Economics.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Experience
- Experience teaching CBSE, ICSE, or State Board curriculum.
- Ability to teach multiple Commerce subjects.
- Experience preparing students for board examinations.
