1. Key Skills & Requirements – Software Developer (VB.NET / ERP Applications):
2.5–4 years of hands-on experience in software development using VB.NET, MVC, Crystal
Reports, UI design, dashboard creation, and report development.
Strong experience with SQL Server, including database design, Views, Stored Procedures,
Triggers, and query optimization.
Experience in API development and third-party system integrations.
Good understanding of software deployment and setup across different server
environments.
Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into practical software
solutions.
Capable of handling assigned modules/projects independently with ownership and
accountability.
Experience working on ERP, business management, or enterprise applications will be
preferred.
