Job Summary
The Housekeeping Executive is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and overall upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and resort facilities. The role involves supervising housekeeping staff, ensuring guest requirements are handled promptly, and maintaining high hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
- Ensure guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, lobby, restaurants, and public areas are clean and well maintained.
- Allocate rooms and work areas to housekeeping staff based on occupancy and workload.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and proper presentation.
- Coordinate with the Front Office regarding room status, check-ins, check-outs, and room readiness.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and housekeeping-related concerns professionally.
- Monitor availability and proper usage of linen, toiletries, cleaning materials, and housekeeping equipment.
- Maintain proper records of housekeeping inventory and consumption.
- Ensure housekeeping staff follow hygiene, safety, grooming, and uniform standards.
- Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and service standards.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, and missing items to the concerned department.
- Ensure lost-and-found items are properly recorded and handed over as per resort policy.
- Monitor deep-cleaning schedules for rooms and common areas.
- Support housekeeping operations during peak occupancy, events, and special functions.
- Prepare daily housekeeping reports and update room status.
- Ensure compliance with resort SOPs and quality standards.
Required Skills

Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a resort/hotel.
- Candidates with experience in supervising housekeeping teams will be preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
