Job Summary
The Customer Service Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service while ensuring smooth store operations. The role includes taking customer orders, preparing and serving food, maintaining cleanliness, managing stock, and handling cash transactions in accordance with the company's operational standards. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Welcome every customer with a warm smile and positive attitude. Assist customers with menu recommendations and answer product-related queries. Take and process customer orders accurately through the billing system. Food Preparation & Assembly Prepare, assemble, and pack food items as per standard recipes and quality guidelines. Maintain food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards at all times. Cleanliness & Hygiene Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, service counter, dining area, and equipment.
- Follow daily cleaning schedules and food safety procedures. Inventory & Stock Management Receive deliveries and verify stock quantities. Arrange inventory using the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method. Report low stock or damaged items to the Store Manager. Cash Management Count and reconcile the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift. Ensure accurate billing and proper handling of cash and digital payments. Job Requirements Education Minimum 8th or 10th Pass (depending on store requirements). Experience 0–3 years of experience in QSR, restaurant, café, retail, or customer service. Freshers with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
