Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the outlet and ensure smooth business activities.
- Lead, supervise, train, and motivate the outlet team to achieve operational excellence.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns.
- Monitor daily sales, cash handling, billing accuracy, and bank deposits.
- Ensure proper opening and closing of the outlet as per company SOPs.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards throughout the outlet.
- Manage inventory, stock ordering, receiving, and FIFO implementation to minimize wastage.
- Prepare staff duty rosters, monitor attendance, and maintain employee discipline.
- Achieve sales targets and improve profitability through effective planning and upselling.
- Monitor daily expenses and control operational costs.
- Ensure all equipment, furniture, and company assets are properly maintained and safeguarded.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and counter teams to ensure timely service and product availability.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance and implement corrective actions when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain a positive work environment and promote teamwork and employee satisfaction.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Operations Head or Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Outlet Manager or similar managerial role.
- At least 1 years of experience in the F&B, restaurant, café, or retail industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month
