- Develop innovative landscape design concepts aligned with client requirements and site conditions
- Prepare detailed landscape drawings, plans, and specifications
- Create high-quality 2D and 3D visualizations, renderings, and presentations
- Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and environmental assessments
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design integration
- Select appropriate plant species, materials, and landscape elements
- Ensure designs comply with local regulations, sustainability standards, and best practices
- Revise designs based on feedback and project constraints
- Support project execution by coordinating with site teams and conducting site visits
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and sustainable design practices
Required Design & Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong skills in 3D modeling, rendering, and presentation development
- Knowledge of GIS tools and landscape analysis software (preferred)
- Understanding of irrigation design and grading concepts
- Ability to read and produce technical drawings and construction documents.
