The incubent's task would be to usher in a culture of growth aimed at being the fastest growing organisation in the Corproate Training Inductry.
- Preferably a candidate from the Corproate IT training industry with 5-10 years of experience.
- Good Relationship Manager and should maintain cordial relations with key stakeholders namely Training Managers, Trainers and Fands' Sales Team.
- A man with passion committed to the mission with an eye on Sales and Budgetary targets.
Fands promises free hand to the candidates for implementing the ideas into vision. Revenue / Profit sharing would be worked out with a CTC targetted areas Rs.1 million p.a.
