You’ll act as the operational and strategic backbone of KM&N Media.
This role blends project execution, creative direction, marketing strategy, and coordination across all departments.
Your mission is to ensure that every project runs smoothly and every client gets a well-thought strategic direction aligned with KM&N’s AI-driven approach.
Responsibilities
Project Management
- Set up, manage, and optimise workflows for internal and client projects
- Assign tasks across AI, design, development, and performance teams
- Track project progress using Kanban + CRM and ensure on-time delivery
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve execution issues
- Maintain timelines, milestones, and quality benchmarks
- Manage resource allocation across multiple clients/projects
- Run weekly internal review and planning meetings
- Maintain project documentation, SOPs, and process guidelines
Strategy & Planning
- Develop end-to-end marketing and content strategies for clients
- Define brand positioning, communication style, and messaging frameworks
- Create funnel strategies: awareness, acquisition, retargeting, and conversion
- Conduct audience, competition, and industry research
- Support the performance marketer with creative angle ideas and campaign direction
- Build AI-integration plans for clients (automation, chatbots, workflows, etc.)
- Help structure service offerings, packages, pitch decks, and proposals
Client Collaboration
- Participate in strategy calls with clients alongside Client Success Manager
- Convert business problems into structured plans and solutions
- Present strategies, funnels, campaign directions, and insights
- Review project performance, identify gaps, and refine direction
- Communicate updates transparently and maintain client confidence
Data & Insights
- Review analytical reports from ads, content, and automation systems
- Convert insights into actionable strategic improvements
- Document learnings, test results, and best practices
- Build case studies for agency credibility and future pitches
Requirements
- Atleast 2+ Experience in digital marketing, branding, or agency operations
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, consumer behaviour, and brand strategy
- Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Comfort with project management tools (Notion, Trello, Asana, CRM systems)
- Ability to translate strategy into actionable tasks for the team
Preferred
- Understanding of AI tools, automation workflows, and chatbot systems
- Familiarity with Meta/Google Ads from a strategic viewpoint
- Experience working with creative, dev, and performance teams
- Ability to create strategy decks, proposals, and client-facing documents
