Title: Pre-Primary Teacher
Job Summary:
A Pre-Primary Teacher is responsible for nurturing and educating children in the early years (typically ages 2–6). The teacher creates a safe, caring, and stimulating learning environment that supports children’s social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities.
- Teach basic concepts such as numbers, colors, shapes, alphabets, and social skills.
- Develop children’s creativity through storytelling, music, art, games, and play-based learning.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment.
- Observe and assess children’s progress and behavior regularly.
- Encourage positive behavior and good habits among students.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development and classroom activities.
- Prepare teaching aids, lesson plans, worksheets, and classroom displays.
- Organize celebrations, events, and extracurricular activities.
- Ensure children’s safety and well-being at all times.
- Collaborate with other teachers and school staff for curriculum planning and school programs.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), Montessori Training, or related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and passion for working with young children.
- Basic classroom management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of child psychology and early childhood development.
- Ability to use interactive and play-way teaching methods.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills.
Experience:
- Freshers or candidates with prior teaching experience in preschool/kindergarten may apply.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
