Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales & Marketing Manager (Fresher) with an MBA degree and 0–6 months of experience. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to build a strong career in sales, marketing, and business development. You will gain hands-on experience in client acquisition, brand promotion, and strategic marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies
- Identify and generate new business opportunities and leads
- Support client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Help in planning and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns
- Maintain relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Track sales performance and prepare reports
Requirements:
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related specialization
- 0–6 months of experience (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good understanding of marketing fundamentals
- Confident, proactive, and target-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
