Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Marketing & International Business Development Executive to manage client communications, respond to quotations, and maintain records in our CRM system. The role involves building strong international business relationships and supporting Essko’s growth in global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming quotations and prepare professional responses.
- Maintain and update CRM records for client interactions and sales activities.
- Support marketing initiatives, including client outreach and promotional materials.
- Identify and develop new international business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and supply chain processes.
- Assist in preparing documentation for regulatory and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- B-Com, Marketing, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing, or international business development (pharma background preferred).
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
