Job Role
We are hiring a Field Recruiter – Delivery Associates (DA) for Hyderabad region to manage on-ground, bulk hiring for delivery stations.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end field recruitment of Delivery Associates
- Local sourcing through vendors, referrals, walk-ins & field activities
- Document collection, screening & onboarding coordination
- Ensure daily joining targets and manpower availability
- Follow-up with new joiners to reduce early attrition
- Daily hiring & joining MIS reporting
Eligibility
- Graduate preferred
- 1–3 years experience in field/bulk hiring (Logistics/E-commerce preferred)
- Strong local network and Telugu /Hindi communication skills
- Willing to work on-ground and travel locally
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 in-hand (based on experience & performance)
Immediate joiners preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
