We're looking for a Marketing Lead to own our growth from the ground up. If you have ~1 year of marketing experience and want real ownership (not a cog role), this is for you.
What you'll own:
our lead-to-sale conversion — turning outreach into paying customers, not just booked calls.
What you'll do:
- Run and refine WhatsApp lead nurture, later other modes.
- Coordinate content, influencer, and event campaigns
- Track and improve the full funnel, weekly — down to revenue
- Mentor and work alongside a marketing intern
What we need:
- MBA in Marketing preferred
- ~1+ year of marketing experience (any industry)
- Comfortable with ambiguity — we're building this system as we go
- Fluent thinking in English and Hindi
- Genuine interest in health/gut science (no expertise required)
Compensation: ₹3–4.5 LPA base + performance rewards tied to sales growth as marketing traction builds. Delhi NCR (in-person, Connaught Place)
Pay: ₹9,049.64 - ₹43,970.88 per month
