Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin & Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day administrative activities and support accounting operations. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities Accounts :
1.Record all purchase ,expenses ,and sales accurately in the accounts .
2. Maintain petty cash and ensure every expenses is supported with proper bills and documentation .
3.Perform monthly bank reconciliation and cross -check all expenses with the bank statement .
4.Ensure all financial record and supporting documents are properly filed and maintained .5.Prepare and issue invoices and quotations for all sales .6.Close monthly accounts by recording all income and expenses and preparing profit & loss statement .
Administration
- Manage office administration and daily operational activities.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and office staff.
- Handle office supplies procurement and inventory management .
- Support employee attendance, leave records, and administrative requirements.
- Assist management with reports and general office coordination
Skills & Qualifications
- Any Bachelor’s degree
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in accounts or admin Field.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and invoice management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and word .
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multi ask and work independently with accountability.
- Languages known : Malayalam and English( Mandatory); Tamil will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
