Team Lead Doctor
Department: Clinical Operations | Location: Guduchi Ayurveda | Reports To: Chief Medical Officer / Clinical Head
About the Role
The Team Lead Doctor leads and mentors the medical team while ensuring high standards of clinical care, patient outcomes, and adherence to
clinical protocols — combining clinical expertise, leadership, quality assurance, training, and strategic coordination with management to drive
clinical excellence and organizational growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, mentor, and supervise doctors across the assigned branch.
- Ensure adherence to clinical SOPs, treatment protocols, and documentation standards.
- Review and guide complex patient cases and support clinical decision-making.
- Conduct consultation audits and provide constructive feedback to doctors.
- Monitor doctor performance, identify improvement areas, and drive continuous development.
- Coordinate with senior management to align clinical operations with organizational goals, support strategic initiatives, provide clinical
insights, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Clinic team and Branch Managers to ensure seamless patient care and operational efficiency.
- Monitor patient outcomes and implement strategies to improve treatment success, patient satisfaction, and program adherence.
- Prepare and present clinical performance reports, quality audits, management dashboards, and improvement plans.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIS)
- Clinical quality and consultation audit scores.
- Patient outcomes and program success rates.
- Doctor performance, training, and competency development.
- SOP and documentation compliance.
- Patient satisfaction and complaint resolution.
- Cross-functional coordination and timely reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- BAMS (Mandatory); MD (Ayurveda) preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience.
- Prior experience in team leadership, mentoring, or doctor training preferred.
- Experience in managing diabetes, metabolic disorders, or chronic lifestyle diseases is an advantage.

- Ability to analyze clinical and operational performance data.
- Proficiency in system usage, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Excel.

Salary : 35k Fixed salary + Revenue based incentives
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
