Job description:
Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
· Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
· Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
· Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
· Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
· Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.
- Suggest process and technical design changes to improve performance and efficiency
- Prepare proposal documents and presentations
- Maintain detailed documentation of all site engineering activities. Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering, construction, building, or related field
- In-depth knowledge of engineering, technology, building, construction, and design
- Active listening and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use the scientific process to solve problems
- Dedication to learning new concepts and strategies
Site Engineer Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in engineering, construction, or similar.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Superb project management skills.
- Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- A willingness to learn.
