Minimum 6 months experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
Strong communication & convincing skills
Good at closures and achieving hiring numbers
Target-driven mindset with ownership attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Source, screen, and close candidates efficiently
- Coordinate interviews and stakeholder communication
- Achieve hiring targets within timelines
- Build strong candidate pipelines for business requirements
